This wooden name sign is the perfect way to introduce your bundle of joy to the world.


You can also use it to decorate or keepsakes for their nursery.


-The wooden name sign is from an unfinished 1/4 inch thick birch plywood,

available in two different sizes 5 inch and 8 inch!


-The words/names are lasered engraved into the wood, not inked.


-The Hello World and stars are the only name in acrylic, color of your choice.


-Each piece of wood used for engraving can have its own unique


characteristics such as grain/lines, density, and color (engraving color does vary)!


-These are all-natural defects of the wood we use to make these.


:: What do I use to WRITE on it:


-You can use any regular black pall point pen.


-Do NOT use Sharpies as the bleed and look messy, and hard to read. if you do this we will NOT replace it.

    Processing Time

    All products are made to order. Please allow:

    • Custom T-Shirts: 3–7 business days

    • Custom Hats: 5–10 business days

    • Large or Bulk Orders: Processing times may vary based on quantity and product availability.

    Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit times.

    Shipping Methods

    Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other available carriers. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring delivery can be accepted at the shipping address provided.

    Shipping Delays

    Shado Impressions is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

    • Carrier delays

    • Weather conditions

    • Natural disasters

    • Holidays

    • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

    • Lost or delayed packages while in transit

    Incorrect Shipping Address

    Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Shado Impressions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

    Damaged Packages

    If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged packaging

    • Photos of the damaged item(s)

    We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

    Local Pickup (If Available)

    Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready. Orders must be picked up within 30 days unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • DTF Transfer File Submission & Refund Policy

    By submitting artwork and placing an order with Shado Impressions, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

    Customer Responsibility

    Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all uploaded artwork, images, files, and sizing specifications are correct before submitting their order.

    No Artwork Modifications

    Shado Impressions does not resize, edit, enhance, repair, clean up, or modify customer-submitted artwork. Files will be printed exactly as received.

    Image Quality

    Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, distorted, or poor-quality images submitted by the customer may result in poor print quality. Shado Impressions is not responsible for print results caused by low-quality artwork.

    Size Selection

    Customers are responsible for selecting the correct print size when placing an order. Orders submitted with incorrect sizing specifications will be printed as ordered.

    No Refunds or Reprints

    Because all DTF transfers are custom-made to the customer's specifications, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, credits, or free reprints will not be issued for:

    • Incorrect size selections made by the customer

    • Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork submitted by the customer

    • Artwork uploaded incorrectly

    • Design errors, spelling errors, or formatting issues within customer-provided files

    • Color variations resulting from customer artwork

    Replacement Orders

    If a customer submits an incorrect file, image, or size, a new order must be placed with the corrected artwork and/or sizing. The customer will be responsible for purchasing a replacement print at the current listed price.

    By submitting artwork and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed your files, dimensions, and order details and agree to these terms.
